As part of the Artoza Exhibition there will be placed a whole chocolate studio that will be open all the days of the exhibition in a special configured and equipped area of Hall 2. The Chocolate show is organized in association with the Greek pastry chef club for the first time in Greece and is expected to concentrate the interest of all the people that are involved with this “magic” staple of pastry chef. Every day of the exhibition, has been arranged a full program of shows and presentations of techniques and recipes with chocolate themes and specialized practices. Proponents of the demonstration will be experienced masters of chocolate who are members of the Greek pastry chef cub.
